About me
and my mission
From a young age, I felt drawn to working with my hands. There was something intuitive about touch, about creating relaxation and a sense of balance in others. It always felt very natural to me.
A few years later, I followed that instinct and trained as a massage therapist. Early on, I discovered foot reflexology and was immediately drawn to it.
My teacher Johann Schwarz, who was one of the pioneers of this work in Austria, had a strong influence on me during that time.
During my internship at a private health resort, I began offering reflexology to some of my first patients. The results were often immediate, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work. Before long, I was focusing more and more on this method.
In my own practice, reflexology gradually became my main approach. I worked with people experiencing sciatica, migraines, tinnitus, and different kinds of pain. What I noticed was that other treatments often helped only for a short time, while reflexology seemed to go deeper. Patients also started asking for it specifically.
Wanting to understand more, I began studying Traditional Chinese Medicine with Claude Diolosa. This gave me a broader context and helped me see how everything is connected.
Around the same time, I met Andrea Maria Wirth, an influential reflexologist from Switzerland. That experience opened up a new level of understanding for me and deepened my relationship to this work.
Over time, combining reflexology with Traditional Chinese Medicine started to feel like a complete system, something that made sense both practically and intuitively.
In 2026, I opened my practice in Vienna, creating a calm and simple space that supports this kind of work.
